Terms of use

Meend, a bansuri riyaz companion · last updated 14 October 2026

These terms are between you and Noviem Tech (OPC) Private Limited, in India, which makes Meend. Using Meend means you accept them, along with the privacy policy, which says what Meend keeps and why.

The plans

What each plan gives is set out on the plans and pricing page. Listening to recordings sent to you, and replying, needs no plan.

Paying, renewing and cancelling

Refunds

Refunds are given by the App Store or Google Play, under their own rules. A purchase refunded ends what it opened, as if it had ended.

Your data

What you make in Meend is yours. Export a copy whenever you like (Settings → Export), and delete your account, with everything kept for it, at any time (Settings → Account).

Your circle

Meend as it is

Meend is offered as it is. What it hears, times and counts is a guide to your practice, not a teacher's judgement, and it may sometimes be wrong. Meend keeps changing as it grows: what a plan gives may change, and these terms with it. A change to them is posted here, with its date, and for a change that matters to you, said in the app first.
